بررسی رابطه تدین با سازگاری زناشویی در بین کارمندان تامین اجتماعی شهر تبریز

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه تدین با سازگاری زناشویی در بین کارمندان تامین اجتماعی شهر تبریز در سال 1395 بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش اجرای پژوهش پیمایشی و از نظر جمع آوری داده ها میدانی می باشد.جامعه آماری کارکنان متأهل سازمان تأمین اجتماعی شهر تبریز می‌باشد که طبق آمار اعلامی اداره مربوطه 450 نفر می‌باشد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 207 مورد برآورد گردید که اعضای آن به صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌ی سازگاری زناشویی گراهام بی اسپانیر (DAS) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته انواع تدین استفاده گردید که دارای اعتبار و پایایی قابل‌قبول بودند. برای تجزیه تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن استفاده شد ، نتایج پژوهش حاکی از ارتباط مثبت معنی‌دار بین میزان تدین و سازگاری زناشویی بود. از انواع تدین، نوع سنتی ، نوع تحقیقی و نوع دین جویان با سازگاری زناشویی ارتباط مثبت معنی‌دار داشت. همچنین از انواع تدین، بین نوع دین‌گریزان با سازگاری زناشویی ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود نداشت. همچنین از انواع تدین، نوع بی‌تفاوت‌ها و دین‌ستیزان با سازگاری زناشویی ارتباط معکوس معنی‌دار داشت.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between religiosity and marital adjustment in Social Security organization employees of Tabriz.This study is   Practical, From the perspective of the Method of the study is descriptive and data collection were Fieldwork.The study population, consisted of all Social Security organization employees in Tabriz, their number is 450 subjects. The sample size was 207 that estimated using Cochran formula then members were selected randomly. For data collection two questionnaire were used: Graham B. Spanier marital adjustment (DAS) questionnaire and Self-made Of religiosity questionnaires with the acceptable reliability and validity. For statistical analysis we used Spearman correlation tests. Results were obtained Suggests between religiosity and marital adjustment was a Positive relationship. Traditional, research and religion-seekers types of religiosity were positively associated with marital adjustment. There was no significant relationship between religion elusive with marital adjustment. Between indifferent and irreligion types of religiosity with marital adjustment there was a significant inverse relationship.
